How can I register to my graduation ceremony ?

You have received an email invitation from “emlyon business school <notifications@eventmaker.io>”; this invitation is under your own personal name and is non-transferable. In this email there will be a link to open the registration form. If you haven’t received your invitation yet, please send an email to events@em-lyon.com

You can invite 2 people and children under 10 free of charge to join you in celebrating this event. You can also invite up to 1 additional paying guest.

Registrations for you and your guests are open until Monday March 24th, 2025.

You can send your photos until Wednesday March 19th, 2025.

You will receive a confirmation email from notifications@eventmaker.io along with your entry tickets.

In your confirmation email, you can change your information by clicking on the button “change my information”. You can then access your registration form.

If you failed to meet the registration deadline, and want to attend the ceremony, please send your email to events@em-lyon.com

Please send an email to events@em-lyon.com to inform us that you need to cancel, so we can allow other participants to attend the ceremony.

Upon arrival at the site, you will pick up your graduation uniform consisting of a hat, robe and scarf leaving an identity card as a deposit during the ceremony. At the end of the ceremony, you will have the opportunity to purchase the robe and/or hat. The scarf will be offered to you. Here are the prices:
Hat: 10€
Robe: 15€
Robe and hat set: 20€

If you attend your graduation ceremony, you will retrieve your diploma at a dedicated booth during the cocktail.

If you cannot attend your graduation ceremony, you will receive an email after the ceremony with the detailed process of how to obtain your diploma.

You can also arrange for a third party to collect your diploma on the day it is handed over by completing a proxy application form.

You will be able to watch the ceremony live via a streaming link which will be sent to all graduates a week prior to the event. You can transfer the link to those of your friends and families who are unable to come in person.

The event is free for graduates and their two guests. 
However, registration is compulsory.

Graduates are seated next to their graduating classmates in a dedicated area.
